Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees as specified in your agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days written notice to existing clients. New pricing will apply to future billing cycles after the notice period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rank Hikers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. While we use proven strategies and best practices, search engine algorithms and market conditions are beyond our control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any fees paid in advance for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Rank Hikers reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who violates these terms, engages in unethical practices, or fails to make timely payments.
8. Privacy
